To mitigate risk, NewPower sources product from manufacturers and authorized distributors. Products undergo detailed inspection by IDEA-ICE-3000 certified personnel trained in counterfeit detection.

All of NewPower’s state-of-the-art warehouses and logistic centers are insured and armed with 24/7 security. Entry is limited to authorized personnel only. Every facility is ESD certified and environmentally monitored/controlled. All quality hub procedures are identical around the globe which allows for consistency in all our processes.

All data is stored electronically in our proprietary platform (EMPOWER™) and is accessible to every department with a simple click. The inspection process is documented and follows the IDEA-STD-1010 process and guidelines.
