At NewPower Worldwide, quality and customer satisfaction are paramount. All quality inspectors are IDEA-ICE-3000 certified and trained in threat mitigation. NewPower is certified to ESD S20.20, ISO 9001, AS6081 and AS9120.

Sourcing
Product validation begins before the product is received into our facilities. NewPower partners with the largest OEMs to ensure the result is a product that can be relied upon.
Receiving
All NewPower warehouse facilities are equipped with the highest level of physical and electronic security and have identical processes around the world. When product is received, all data is recorded and photographed for traceability and easy reference.
Inspection
Our certified Quality Engineers are trained to inspect all aspects of the products – including packaging, labels and barcodes, markings, and dimensions to identify substandard components.
Testing
Our certified labs provide electrical testing, decapsulation and x-ray for comparison. All quality inspectors are ICE-3000 certified and trained in counterfeit awareness and detection
Logistics
NewPower is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. All of our shipments are tracked up to the minute, both internationally and domestic, and our packaging solutions ensure product is protected during transportation.
